I don't want to see it abolished — <I>au contraire</I>, it should be upgraded where possible. It runs ab...Public transport is civilized in Japan. It runs absolutely on time and it's rare to encounter unpleasant people. But that's because they're Japanese! I would not want to have to ride trains and buses with America's so-called "poor people." <BR/><BR/>A big advantage to having it is that older people can get around.
